Consolidation & Future - Facing Growth

<p>Consolidated our presence in regional retail and further strengthened the supply chain from Bhalej to wholesalers and stores. Introduced improved packaging with clearer ingredient and benefit labeling, especially highlighting the health value of Udad dal + Black Pepper Papad. Expanded the product portfolio by launching two new varieties — Mathia Papad and Chorafali Papad, adding more authentic Gujarati flavors to our range.<br />Invested in vendor relationships, food-safety & hygiene standards, and began exploring online sales channels as well as institutional (HORECA) supplies. Ongoing plans include expanding distribution, introducing more innovative flavors, and exploring export opportunities and large-scale B2B contracts to take Prabhuraj Papad to wider markets.</p>
